How would you feel if someone said something mean to you on the telephone, in an email, or in an online discussion? Is there a difference between the telephone and the computer?
The Difference is that when talking on the phone, it's much harder to take your time to respond but when on in a online discussion or email, you can figure out a way to respond to the message.
